ePassporte, this is getting on my nerves
A few days ago, I logged in to all of mine and my father's ePassporte accounts, and in all of them, I could see:
"...Your account has been temporarily suspended, pending our investigation, due to unusual activity. ..." Of course I contacted them right away, they requested some copies of ID etc., I've sent it to them very soon. Now, it's been 3 or 4 days, no response, all 4 accounts still suspended, they stopped answering my messages, except one. As usual, they replied: "For further assistance, please call our Cardholder Services Center at any of the phone numbers listed below." Why the hell am I supposed to f*cking call them?! I didn't do anything wrong, THEY are blocking my funds and business and calling them only costs time, trouble and money (especially from my country, I'm not from US). Anyone from ePassporte around here?
