Cheesy Corn Casserole Recipe: Try It!
 

Thanksgiving Idea: This is my favorite recipe to bring to potlucks. It's real white trash, but everyone loves it.

CHEESY CORN CASSEROLE
1 stick butter
1 small chopped onion
half green pepper chopped
1 can cream styly corn
1 can whole kernal corn
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
3 eggs beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon pimento
8 0z. sour cream
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350. Saute butter, onion, and pepper lightly. Pour into 9x13 pan, add beaten egg, corn (undrained), muffin mix, salt, sugar, pimentos, drop sour cream on top, sprinkle grated cheese, bake for 45 minutes.

That looks strangely good.... just forwarded to my girl to handle.
