I saw this coming.It's no surprise to me.And YES, it's mainly done for publicity.I remember Snoop confessing a couple of years ago that he intentionaly got his ass arrested in '97(I think) just to maintain his big ass rep...lol,and that hopefuly his album would sell better.And it did.
