Movie conversion work

i do movie conversions (dvd movie to mpg or wmv file). and i charge 30$ a day for the work. (im looking for long time work 30$/day 5days/week)
and this work includes:

1. Decrpytion of vob files
2. Converting the decryted file into .avi file
3. Cutting and splitting up scenes depends on how many minutes you want
4. Converting the avi file into mpeg and wmv file.
5. Etc. etc.
