BELLSOUTH DSL - Anyone else having probs?

My bellsouth DSL is crawling and sometimes pages wont even load. Image GFY on dope, 1/100th the speed.

THEY have stated they are doing DNS maintenence, just change your name servers to someone elses for the time being :)
