Having trouble using the print screen and pasting it into paint.

play it in windows media player-> hit pause -> then prt Screen.

works for me everytime

if that dont work try to convert to a mpg first

i had a problem with a asf file before where the entire background would move around the image and would only save the jpg as a black screen.

Get VirtualDub 1.3 or lower. You can get a screenshot of asf/wmv movies in it.
