Mr Cohen:

Sometime has passed now, and although this time must be hectic for you.....your number 1 priority shouldnt be running around giving interviews....it should be to THE MERCHANTS.

I am utterly disgusted at the fact that you have yet to contact all the merchants and update them.


Why have you paid out certain merchants while others have yet to recieve any type of notification?

Why Are you paying out merchants on a case by case basis? are we not all equal?

You tell us to contact you using backdoor channels, yet you do not respond.

It takes a few hours to mass mail out all merchants with some form of update.


THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD THAT A MERCHANT HAS TO POST ON AN OPEN FORUM IN ORDER TO GET YOUR ATTENTION.

All the information from my merchant account is well documented ( up until you chose to lock us all out )

My affiliates are still able to log into their accounts, and they too are documenting their account on a daily basis.

I can play god with your life just as your playing god with ours.

Since you choose to monitor this open forum to conduct your affairs instead of monitoring your email account....,you leave me no choice but to use this board to post a direct notice to you.

MR COHEN, should you not contact ALL MERCHANTS by the end of tomorrows business day with some form of situation update, ( and i dont mean some standard public relations bullshit) I will start litigation processes against you.

I will use every legal option at my disposel to secure liens against anything you personally own....liens against all who are involved.

I have retained an excellant attorney who is ready to start the legal process.

Barefootsies, he's obligated to contact ALL ACCOUNT HOLDERS, not just me.

His public statement of " contact me through the back channel /payouts will be on a case by case basis" is unexceptable to me.

We all put money into his pocket ,paying for a service he offered, Making us all equal.

For him to contact / payout people already while others are left in the dark is UNJUST.

Owed a dollar, or a million, everyone is entitled to their funds.

Miura, you seem to be a person of character and nobility, and I commend you for not only thinking about youself. The attorney has been retained since the 16th of November...and since then, he has dug deep into paymonde/myvirtualcard hydra.

This attorney was reffered to me by my own bank....trust me when I tell you hes no joe blow. I would love to take you up on your offer ...but watching, recieving emails from people telling me they have been paid/and or recieving personalized response from Mr Cohen while the rest of us are still in the dark bothers me alot.

I am no different than any other webmaster who paid him for his service....why Are most being treated second class?
My affilates work hard on my behalf, they deserve to be paid, and they have been paid. All of my affilaites, I paid them all out today. Its the moral and professional thing to do. This isnt about money for me anymore.

I refuse to let Mr Cohen and the rest of his criminal gang continue to stall people while they payout their buddies, then disclose " oops sorry...no money left".

Mr Cohen has a deadline. Should he fail to meet that deadline, The paperwork will be ready come tomorrow afternoon for signing....taking this to the next level.

If I have to spend 1 dollar, to make 10 cents...I will, because the cause is JUST.

Same way he has ruined the financial lives of others, is the same way i will personally ruin his. Miura, hes stalling while he finds ways of shuffling corporate and personal funds around to protect them and most are falling for the trap.

I myself will not wait longer than tomorrow afternoon for a detailed response from Mr Cohen, telling me exactly where my funds stand.

Mr Cohen, Im sure your familiar with the vast majority of element that is in this business. Some tend to handle this in a legal manner (like myself) while some have no problem of handling things the " ole fashion italian" way.

I did what he suggested in the XBiz article, and all he did in his response was ask me who I was on GFY ("Are you so-and-so on GFY"). When I told him that my GFY nickname did not matter on

1. Locking me out of my account.

2. Paying money owed.

He kept responding ( 2-3 times mind you) that I had not answered his question of "who I was on GFY".

Once I did. He stopped e-mailing. So apparently he has some kind of list of how, and who he is going to pay... and not.

Barefootsies. There are many people who have emailed him to the paymonde email account, that havent recieved any response.

what bothers me is :

why should i have to contact him?
and then, i have to contact him through a back channel?

I wasnt aware Mr Cohen was/is a CIA agent.

Why would someone need to contact him through a back channel?. Thats an answer i would really love to have answered.

from all these shananigans....proves that hes not only a shady businessman...but also that his actions are pre-meditated.

Fact of the matter is, mr cohen is specifically choosing who to contact, and who to pay out, and he admitted that publically by stating" payouts will be on a case by case basis"....AND THAT STATEMENT ALONE TELLS THAT some will get paid, and others will not.

I myself want my funds, and would like to see eveyone recieve their funds s as well. Majority of you have been given a nipple to suckle on, to sooth your crying...I myself am past that.

Wow, I met Howard once, although I thaught he was a big clown he seemed to be respected by other big players.
