Alright.. DRAMA TIME, DRAMA AT GFY !
We all know scammer HansM.. Hans Mosselaer the 'programmer'.

I needed some coding for my website, to be more precise: a login for webmasters to track trades between their sites and mine.

I looked around and asked at some webmaster boards for a person who'd like this to do. Hansm contacted me from GFY and gave me nice work as examples. We made a deal. I payed him 50% upward as he convinced me he was scammed too many times.

First deal was a script in 2 weeks. No big deal. I waited to long and he was telling me all the drama's he has been true. In a fight with his GF, moving, been sick, etc. etc.
It has been 2 months and i still do not have anything. No examples of WIP (asked several times but it started with a broken server to a 'in a sec, im busy atm'.)

I have just waited too long , and I called him yesterday. His MOTHER received my phone call and told me he has moved to COSTA RICA. He told me he was about to move at 30 of NOVEMBER. He's 10 days too early that mother fucker. His mother didn't even know his new Costa Rican phone number. Yeah sure.

Here's a small time line. I feel embarrassed I have given him this much time.

9/4/06: first contact, give him my job
9/8/06: agreed on price
9/14/06: in fight with his GF
9/19/06: should email me with an example of work done yet; received nothing
9/22/06: tells me he hasnt upload anything because his server went down
10/3/06: After argued about his 'dis-functionality' he tells me he received my job 9/16 so telling me only 2 weeks has been since receiving the job.
10/20/06: Confirmed he just hasnt time to finish my script and I will return my money. We had a phone call because he want to announce he moves to Costa Rica for a new job at a AdultFriendFinder concurrent.
A friend will take over the job and I still get refunded because he 'admits he has fooled me'.
10/31/06: Still no real conversation as he ignores all my icq and msn-messenger messages. Tells me his accountant will be within 4-5 days. So within 10 days I should have my money back.
11/08/06 No money, no Hans. Gave him one last change
11/20/06 Because I hadnt much time to contanct him I called him today, 12 days later, because I AM FED UP WITH IT! Now i got his mother telling me he moved to Costa Rica and she hasn't got his phone number. BULL CRAP.

I understand how a buyer can be hesitant to put a deposit down, especially when they don't know each other. That being said, it is also hard for a PHP programmer to code something, all the while risking the chance of ending up unpaid with an unsellable script.

I have dealt with some pretty impossible customers over the years, whether they stopped responding, never paid, or didn't show up for predetermined meetings without letting me know they wouldn't be able to make it.

Over the last few days I have taken a few jobs from GFY, and so far my customers have been phenomenal and easy to work with. It is great to work with these people.

I urge anyone who hires a programmer online to not immediately dismiss the idea of a deposit, but rather find a payment plan that works for both of you.

i've dealt with him and he delivered, but to be honest i thought he was a royal pain in the ass to get in touch with.

i'm not surprised. seen him scam many on here..

I have never paid a designer / coder up front, ever. Professional people know what the story is and don't expect to be paid anything until the job is done or thereabouts.

yeah, i think i have learned my lesson, but it's sad people steal MONEY from people who need it to set up their idea's/websites.
i dont thing i ever see my money back but i asked some law students what the possibilities are if i will do it that way.

he did not get scammed. and i will get a scan of the offical money transfer to his bank account.

i had 2 open jobs and im paying him back. The another person fucked me for $20000 in a good deal whay i made before and thats why i did not pay him back. but people are only saying the HALF HERE!!!

if people tell the trueth it would clear things.

second if i talk to my accountant to pay back things. he needs time too. its my uncle and he is not having every second time for someone FOR FREE!!!

That had a reason and i told you. But here is proof again he is not telling everything.

Someone with the name NADANADA did do a chargeback on my paypal before. so i was thinking it was he. i did say SORRY to you. and explained it. but again everyone is only telling the half stories.

2 Persons im going to pay back and then im done with all the jobs. Im not a scammer and had to move from 4 countries in 6 months and was without internet alot. Understand it or not. im paying back then im done.

I got internet today. Payment is going out on paypal.

I speaked to my accountant and 30 days is the max for payments. this is 22 days ago and he told me to transfer it with paypal now because its solved.

and thats what im going todo.

SOLVED ON MY SIDE!!! I expect his paypal then im transfering him back.

And im gone here forever because on GFY there are only HALF STORIES!!! Thats proven multiple times.

no bumps needed for this anymore. im solving this because thats what i said. but its time for him to contact some lawyer on the netherlands about doing bussiness.

14-30 days payments due. if someone is telling its getting paid. but im expicting his paypal now and im transferring it. then its done.

Naughty_wld, Why do i need to post it solved here? Thats your job. You can accept payments but to take a moment to tell people the trueth you can not do that. Sounds like i was right. HALF THE TRUETH YOU TELL HERE. But thats proven. For the people here.

THIS IS SOLVED. I paid this person back in paypal. And i hope for anyone else they are not doing bussiness with him.

He is too lazy to reply he recieved to money but in the mean time he did accepted the paypal transfer. NO EXCUSE NEEDED FOR THIS EITHER.
