Dedicated Server

Can anybody do better than $200 a month for .5mbps capped bandwidth with 50 ips or is that a good deal. My contract is basically expiring and I want to get the most for the buck. (Either less for that BW or more bw for that amount) . It comes with the server as well btw... Anybody got something to offer .. hit me up on email ..
