how long does it take to get accepted as a reviewer there? thanks

no idea.

Applications are closed, you have been measured and found lacking.

also, when i try and signup it says my galleries has less then 15 jpegs whatever gallery i submit

I have even called these fellows regarding attaining a submitter account and was never called back. I have e-mailed them several times and no response.

I guess they just don't want my quality galleries.
