What's wrong with me? I sleep too much
Right now I sleep like 12h/day and still tired as fuck... :(
I think I'm depressed :( I don't want start with pills etc :helpme |
i have the same thing, but i noticed the more i get up and about the less likely i am to sleep. Just make a schedule and do little stuff around the house or workout.

yeah I need to make a better schedule, right now I go to bed 5-8 am and go up 5-8 pm so no daylight also :( I don't feel like going out. Before did some workout like 3 times/week, now like 1 day/week

I sleep for around 8 hours everynight and if I don't I feel like crap... Always been this way... Depends on what you are use to ....
Please see a doctor if you think you are depressed mate... You may need someone to confide in |

you might be low on oxygen and/or have sleep apnia(sp*)
next time you go to the doctors (make it sooner than later) get them to check your oxygen level and test you for sleep apnia |
Im the same way, I sleep way too much, yet im exhausted all day long. My doc thinks its depression but I refuse to take any pills. I think I just need to get out more and get back on a better sleep schedule.

Sounds like depression guys. Force yourselves to get up after 8 hours and start setting more of a schedule...

I also sleep too much... I try to sleep 9 hours a day but it always ends up being a little more
also, on days I have school I usually sleep 6-7 hours the night before. and those are the days I am the most energetic |

I've been like this in the past couple of days but we had some weird weather over here, yesterday was a bit better, the previous 2-3 days I had about 14 hours sleep

Like the peeps said, schedule is important. Day light is also important. After having sustained allnighters and not seeing daylight I also get the same as what you're describing.
Ascorbic Acid, good schedule, exercise and daylight are the answers to your problems :) |

I sleep about 12 hours aday also and am tired most of the day. Then after being awake for about 8 hours I go back to bed.
