Anyone else have sleeping probs like me?
 
I am so,so tired and i cant sleep for more then 4 hours,totally fucked up my biorhytam :( And don't have idea how to get back to normal:(

stay awake for 24 hours then go to bed 2 hours before the time you want to go to bed every night after that it always works for me

maybe you are on a lot of stress..... try somthin relaxing like go for a walk at nearest mountain... don't drink coffee and enjoy in your life.... and don't post on gfy...

I too sleep 4-5 hours a night, and have done the stay up for 24 hours straight thing more times than I care to count..and guess what?

i have a horrible time falling asleep, no matter how early i wake up. i have tried several medications to help with sleep and none of them have really done much for me. :( even after taking them, it takes two or three hours to finally fall asleep. :(

Blimey i'm not alone it doesn't seem to make a difference whatever I take just lye there through it and i'm still awake. A long walk helps but it's just doing it everyday thats the prob.

Lykos, i had that problem a few weeks ago.....i didnt sleep for 4 days straight!!! until i was absolutely exhausted and was falling asleep anywhere and everywhere, dangerously, i would skip on purpose, a night of sleep then try to get back on track the next night.....just my 2cent

when i schedule my list of things to do everyday, the first thing i write in is SLEEP.

i sleep 8-10 hours every night. it's wonderful. i haven't done the 4 hours a night/3 days without sleep things since college. that shit fucks up your health and makes you insane. what good is being rich if you're too fucking stressed to enjoy it?

i agree with the above. cut back on the coffee, get some exercise, eat some vegetables....turn off the computer.....you know, all those things everyone says over and over that no one listens to. stay away from the meds. they just start a vicious cycle you'll never leave. :2 cents:

Yeap thats happening to me... i fell to sleep only when i am 100% exhausted :(
