is cybercat going to do anything about zango?

i promised myself not to make a zango thread, but i feel like this is important.

someone showed me screen caps of a certain dating program on thehun, al4a, worldsex, etc.

since cybercat handles all the advertising, just wondering what their view on this is.

why pay for a top spot, when you can get it cheaper through zango.

just curious what other people think.

still curious about this

Search engine traffic sucks!! That is their view on the situation... :winkwink: :1orglaugh Those who know what Im referring to will get a giggle.

It is a problem that faces anyone who sells advertising. Their customers will make less and less so eventually they will have to lower their prices.

No you can't.

Think of it like this. I'm going to use nice round numbers as an example, they may not be accurate.

3,000,000 million visitors a day to the hun
2% of surfers infected with Zango.

That means a "zango banner" on the hun is only being displayed to 60,000 of the hun's visitors. It's clearly not the same thing as buying a banner on the hun. :2 cents:

can owners of the sites in question put a block on zango advertising?

i was wondering the same thing about brokers.

it will be influential on a lot of peoples decisions to know where each of them stand on it.

Probably even less since not every visit will trigger the pop-up and others might be bidding on the keyword(s) as well.

However, it's probably more effective than buying a banner spot on the site since the ad will be in their face and "full screen".
