Paymonde Merchants,

It seems as though since the fall of Paymonde, the only solid news that we've gotten is the discovery of the not on the merchant login page, and an interview with xbiz. But has ANYONE had anything resolved?

I have, read and posted in this forum and not seem anything from Paymonde. I have called and left messages with my name, and account information, I have emailed [email protected] looking for some small answers to my questions... I have heard NOTHING from Paymonde, and I want my money.

I'm sorry but while it was nice to read the interview with xbiz, that isnt enough for me. I want to see the site go back up, so that I can see my transactions, see my balances. I want an email back from them telling me a rough estimate of when my money is coming and an apology for not responding sooner.

How do you make disappearing and stealing that much money without saying anything to any of your clients even easier? You make a statement to xbiz (mind you, from what I know is also Montreal based [how convenient]) and think that we are all dumb enough to give you even more time to disappear.

Oh did I mention that the backdoor link that they are apparently sending out to merchants to login and check their stats... I can get to it, but it tells me my password is wrong... interesting.

We all know there are bullshit accounts on here claiming to have gotten their money, and phone calls and emails from Paymonde (which as far as im concerned is complete bullshit because they still have not done anything aside from interview with xbiz) but my question is this...

Who has made progress? Who hasnt gotten an email, or a phone call answered? Who has gotten their money? Who can login to the "backdoor" and see their stats?

Until some people start saying that they've made contact etc etc, then as far as I'm concerned... these fuckers up and stole our money and have no intentions of contacting us or helping us, help them resolve their issues.

Hey Cohen, in response to your comment "I cannot pay what is owed out of my own pocket"... I have now pay my girls out of my own pocket because thats whats right... someone has to cover it. If you want to get into a business where you payout to people, you should be prepared to cover any losses that occur over your own head. It's what we do as good human beings and the longer you guys stay out of contact with all of us, the worse and worse you look.

I want my money, and believe me I have no problem coming to Montreal and knocking on doors with the RCMP and a Lawyer until I get it.

I doubt if anyone has made any progress, but if you have, please post here... I'm not interested in what the accounts whom we all know have an untrustworthy word, have to say because I won't believe a thing you say.

i'm uptodate with my payments, will see what happens next week. but everyone who used to work for them suddenly tells me they left the company - seems like besides Howard and Norton no one works for them anymore

Well since I do not know Howie personally, and do not live down the street from their corporate offices, I have not received anything.

I love how he had said in his article that people had to contact HIM but did not provide his e-mail for people to do so. Noone's answered a fucking thing for me. Before, or after the XBiz announcement.

So I have no been able to access shit, nor have I received a SINGLE e-mail from them on phone calls, tickets, e-mail, or smoke signals.

While some say they are still getting paid, or have started receiving payments, maybe they know Howie, or are close enough to drive there and kick in his teeth.

Rebill clients at Paymonde !
 
hi guys,

some thoughts about this situation at paymonde.
I think the biggest loss is our rebill clients and of course the amount over 20k what paymonde owes us now.

that was simple not fair from paymonde to turn off our admin area.

We didnt even had the possibility to cancel all our clients there and move them over for example to ccbill.

If we send right now an email to all paymonde clients how can we explain them how and where they are able to cabcel their memberships?All of them will ask if their memberships was cancelled before they would sign up at a new processor for our sites again.

Do you have any suggestions how we could handle this for our existing and rebill paymonde clients?

Hope will happen something very soon.At least we want to take care all of our existing and rebill clients from paymonde.
We dont even know where our exsiting clients can cancel their memberships!
That was simple UNFAIR to turn off the paymonde ADMIN page for merchants!

I give you a sample :

If you have 100 rebill clients for usd 29.90/month.

100 rebill x29.90 = USD 3000 x12 =USD 36.000 /year
this is USD 72.000/year for 200 rebill clients
for 300 rebill clients USD 108.000/year !!!!!

I am sure some webmasters had even more rebill clients there.

Dear guys thats seems many of us have lost really much money through PAYMONDE!
This was a big mistake to deal with them I suppose.

At least give us the opportunity to move them over more reliable processors as CCBILL or EPOCH,Verotel.

All is simple - If someone from members ask me why he is got rebill and no access to my site, I will answer that 3rd party billing company Paymonde steals money from their cards. If the authorities will receive massive amount of complains, it will take action.
Credit cards fraud is a serious crime and Canada is the country where I think it shoud be fast investigated and punished. Mr. Cohen is a crazy if not understand this.
However if paymonde will start to payout, I will return back all passwords. But no money = no empty waitings.

Already did it.

Drafted an e-mail explaining the situation. They have access through November. After that, Paymonde script is removed from server side. Hence, rebills with no access if they try it.

I advised them to cancel. Provided the linke to the PayMonde cancel page so they could make sure.. although I had already cancelled them in my admin before being locked out.

So explained the situation, and that they would continue to have access through Paymonde through Nov. After that, it's cancelled, and they need to sign up with one of the other two processors. Which I provided links to.

BUT... if they see anything from da Monda come through in December, since the script will be removed, to make sure and contact their bank.

Well I had kept B-H-E processing my DVD sales. I had just moved my memberships to CCBill, and Paymonde (now Verotel). So my DVD sales have been fine since I have a 8 year plus relationship with B-H-E, and they do tangibles.

Yes. I've been with them a long time. While I switched off some business to CCBill and Verotel, they still do my hosting, and billing for DVD, and custom order sales.

Payments every 2 weeks, ACH, $50 minimum. I believe they take 9 or 10% for processing.

I just tried, both Paymonde and MyVirtualCard homepages are going 403 forbidden, and my login on the business sign-in page says "Either your username or password is incorrect."

They also missed my monthly payout yesterday.

Oh, you have misunderstood my friend.

Unlike many one here, I doubt I will see a dime. Much like those who beat the iBill war drum thinking they were getting their cabbage for months, or years. You see, Howie is going to pay enough of the big fish so he might be able to show his face later. But he will do it at the expense of the little fish.

Sure. I would like to see my $1500.00. But in talking to my attorney. It would cost me that much or more to have him collect it with him in Canada. He recommended that if there was a class action type suit of collectives, that is the best way to go.

As we are a smaller production company, we are not going to spend thousands to chase down a crook for $1500.00. Doing it for the 'principle' is not enough when making a business decision.

As for bumping threads, and digging up his personal and business dirt. He is obviously reading it since he mentions it in both XBiz, and in correspondence. Not that I care.

My main goal is to make sure that when people think of Howie Cohen they think "schiester".
