How to STOP bastards at Paymonde and report them to Visa
 

Folks
I am still noticing that Paymonde crooks are still rebilling clients and there is no way to stop that as they have removed access to merchant panel.
They are still accepting subscriptions as well.
Can someone please tell me how to contact VISA n Mastercard immediately to put an end to this criminal procedure and have all their funds permanently frozen.
These criminals have gone beyond being brazen :disgust :mad:

for starters I am emailing every single of my clients and informing them that as I am unable to contact billing processor, the integrity and security of their credit card may be compromized and they may want to call their respective credit card companies and initiate a reversal right away

anyone know how to report this fraud to highest possible level in visa or mastercard?

I know what I'd probably do if they were screwing me but I've got a mean streak and in the end wouldn't solve anything.
