So much info gets tossed up it's hard to keep up with it all.

Didn't the injunction stop the new laws secondary producer rules? Doesn't the old law still hold true? If so, they can still inspect secondary producers records to make sure they have primary producers information.

If you are a secondary producer of anything, you still have to keep records of who produced what content, that's an inspection.

"this means that the primary impetus to enforcing a law that is pointless, unconstitutional and utterly stupid, dissipates."

Only in the adult industry would someone of Douglas' stature use the phrase "utterly stupid" in the media. :(

Huh?

Of all the industries that are regulated, only the adult industry has been subjected to regulations with criminal penalties without one hearing being held or one discussion with the target industry being held BEFORE the regulations were promulgated.

The result was regulations that are beyond inane and so confusing that even the government attorneys cannot explain their purpose.

Jeffrey's use of the term "utterly stupid" was in all likelihood a toning down of what he really thinks of this useless and abusive law. Indeed, one could not heap enough invective upon those who wrote the language contained within it.

Best of luck with the new action.

...FBI begins to giggle, then laugh manaically. Just kidding. Best of luck keeping the guys from harrassing us.
