Anyone else having trouble loading their personal epass account today?
 

I've called both epass support and my bank. Both are pointing the blame to the other. I have sufficent funds to cover the charge, but for some reason I'm getting a "transaction declined by bank" error.

Epass works fine for me.

Hmm... I wish I could pinpoint the problem. Epass support is saying everything is ok on their end and my bank is saying that everything is solid there... yet, I can't reload my account.

Oh well... I'll wait it out and see.
