US Postal Money orders in Canada?
 

For years, I've sent US domestic postal money orders to Canada (the ones stamped "not negotiable outside US) because the people receiving them have always told me "it's not a problem, I can cash it."
I sent one last week, and now the person is telling me they can't cash it. Does anyone know where in Canada those domestic US postal money orders can be cashed?

personally i cannot find a place that can cash these (couple diff banks, money mart, and checks cashed places). I usually request a "international" money order for this reason
