Goodbye Microsoft Office, You Will Not Be Missed.

I just downloaded the new OpenOffice 2.0.4 which was released a couple days ago. I must say that this suite has gone from dismal to outstanding since the last time I installed it about a year ago. I have had zero crashes out of the software and every spreadsheet I opened worked flawlessly and without delay. The files converted properly and no formatting lost.

At about 7:45 PM EST, my computer was forever freed from the grips of Microsoft Office XP Small Business Edition, as the entire suite and all of its crap (including clippy) was deleted from my hard drive giving me another gigabitch worth of space to fill with porn or something.

OpenOffice, at less than 100 megabitches exploded, really gets more done in less space. And the low, low price of "free" is very nice as well. Everyone should take another look at OOo, even if you previously wrote the damn thing off in the past.

Fuck you Microsoft, Windows Xp is the next thing thats gonna find itself on the chopping block around here.

Yeah, it will take years and billions of dollars for big companies to retrain it's employees on something new..... M$ will be around for a very long time!
