What do you use to unclog your drains?
 

Shower, sink, etc

i jam my cock down there and shoot a load....the PSI's are so intense that it will blast through any clog

I have a pressure snake thing. You hook it up to a garden hose, stick it down your drain, and then it swells up so that nothing can get out around it and the water pressure keeps building up until it pushes the clog out (or blows the pipes up...whichever comes first).

A pipe wrench and a bucket for sinks, usually it is just in the trap portion of the pipe.

Otherwise if that does not work or if it is further down the drain/in shower etc. I use a snake.

Roto Rooter or the liquid plumber gel!

I should buy stock in Drano. I have a shit load of hair so the drain in my shower pretty much fights a losing battle on a daily basis. At least once every year or two, I have to get a plumber to snake it and clean it, even after using the store bought stuff on a regular basis.

A single trip to a hardware store like ACE or OSH and for under a 100.00 you can get your own snake.
You will save money after 1 use and they last almost forever.

I call a plumber .Iam like Tim Allen ,if I tried to fix it myself I would probably fuck it up worse.

As hard as this may be to believe, I am actually pretty handy doing most stuff I need done. I have tools. I build things, I garden, I do yard work, I paint and wall paper, and do other basic house/yard things. My ex husband couldn't screw in a light bulb, but I'm an only child and my daddy could do *anything*, and I was always his #1 helper.

If it involves the toilet or drains, I usually can't hang. I'm sure it's some psychological thing, but just the thought makes me want to gag. I have a hard time cleaning the hair that sticks to the outside of the drain cover so I don't know about snaking the actual hole. I will consider it, though. :1orglaugh

usually for me at least the hair is caught around the catcher on the drain. usually i can just pull it out with my hands or use a coat hanger.
