It's been working fine for months. Try doing a trace route to the site to see where the connection is failing.

I used it almost daily,, up until few days ago.. I can connect to the site, but script won't connect to the database.. error 427482

Spacedog, you could have un-registered a needed dll by uninstalling a program that used the shared dll.. read more here to fix the problem.. http://www.acewaresubmit.com/help/dbfix.shtml

I recently bought Aceware Submitter.. used it on Win XP which worked fine. Since I changed to Vista it's not working anymore. Can;t connect to database anymore and get an 427482 error.

I send 6 e-mails to different addresses already, but no reply...

Who can bring me in contact with these guys?
