Where to report a criminal company?

Like many others, I got ripped off by a criminal company named txtNation. I tried to report them at a couple of institutions in UK, but without success, since they are not registered.

What should I do? Can anyone help please?

Thanks!

if you report them then you have a motive in case you try to kill them...so in other words don't report them...

Try to do business with them again, and set up a sting.

If they are in the UK you can take them to county court for collections, make sure you file in the county that YOU live in (if you are UK based) so they also have to travel to you (costing them more) if they dont show up, you win by default and are able to transfer the collection to the county sheriff where they are located or to a collections agency :)

I don't know how it works in the UK, but in Canada you have to bring small claims actions in the jurisdiction of the *defendant*, so you'd be the one doing the travelling. Mind you, if you win, you can also claim costs.

In the UK you can file anywhere, you could file in Scotland if you wanted and theyd have to travel up there LOL

Taking it to court is way too complicated and time consuming. They already wasted too much of my time, so now I just want to report them to some authorities, like police, IRS or any other institution, who will close them finally.

BTW, I've just got the information from a friend that they are also doing business on another domain: adultmobilesolutions.com

Be careful...
