Soldiers Who Posed Nude Avoid Courts-Martial
LOUISVILLE, KY -- An assortment of female Kentucky National Guard soldiers who posed for patriotic -- but racy -- photographs are breathing a sigh of relief after finding out that they will not face courts-martial.
According to the Courier-Journal of Louisville, Maj. Jay Adams, chief of public affairs for the 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) says that the women have not received suspensions and, in fact, have been "busy supporting the war effort" in Iraq. Instead, the 232 photos of at least a half dozen female members of the 410th Quartermaster Unit, which is based in Danville, will result in non-judicial administrative sanctions for those involved. A compact disc containing the images came into the possession of the newspaper, which reported in September that the Army was investigating whether the models, who had posed nude and semi-nude with military rifles and clad in nothing more than American flag stickers affixed to their breasts, had discredited the military. Of the 107 Kentucky Guards in the unit sent to Iraq on August 26th, 11 of them were women. Administrative sanctions include confinement to barracks and docking of pay. "As far as the leadership of the Kentucky National Guard is concerned," Lt. Col. Phil Miller of the Kentucky Guard stated," this incident is now closed." :helpme |
Good to hear, I'm glad one of the most violent associations in the world doesn't mind a bit of skin.

The army should get wise and tap into this fast for PR.
Fuck offering people a free watch or t shirt for calling the number advertised on the recruitment commercial. Offer them a DVD or calendar of these girls. Then tie that in with a US tour of the girls making public appearances at local recruiters offices, clad of course in their stickers. Run with it boys... You know you need to meet those recruitment goals. Besides you had no problems using a gay band to promote the Navy for a while, well until you found out they were gay that is but come on you all knew anyways. |
a Field Grade Article 15 isnt as bad as a courts martial, but its still nothing I'd want. I bet they all get busted down to E1, lose half a month's pay for 2 months and get confined to the barracks, dining facility or place of worship, and extra duty for 45 days.

When are we suppose to expect some leaked photos?
