A guy said that someone contacted him to say that he knew where someone had a copy of the movie... it is all triple talk and vaporware.

There is almost certainly a home movie of Britney fucking (heck there is stuff out there with her fucked up on drugs, burping, and cussing people out), but I don't think the new 2257 laws are going to let this stuff happen very easily. Without model releases and 2257 document, anyone who touches it might as well just turn themselves over to a federal jail and avoid the wait.

in the event that the tape is leaked, and does make release from a foreign country, would there be any possible penalty for people within north america running sites which promote said product?
