They shouldnt bother to verify the validity of accounts before sending out payments either, it's not like they have fraud to worry about or 'legalities'. Jesus who do they think they are, some big multi-million dollar company that processes thousands of affiliate payouts for multiple companies every week??

the reason that anyone has a dmca is because some content comes under one set of laws...and some another nothing about stealing content there

bet it you read the terms when you signed up it told you that you needed to fill in a form in order to get payed next time "read" what you are signing up to
