Maybe with you being in Atlanta you are in the same grouping for 'local' commercials for Florida. If so, then that is a clever marketing plan as it isn't like Spanish speakers only watch Spanish channels these days.

Lots of people speak spanish, beyond the illegal aliens there is a large population of hispanic consumers that are a fucking gold mine to the companies that target them.

Funny thing though is when I see a comercial that targets blue collar white men, young black adults, women, college students, or anything else and not a single person mentions it.
