HTML help needed (simple)
 

This should be simple to you HTML guys. I need a simple code that will load a page inside of a page and refresh it on a timer.

Basically Page2 needs to be inside Page1 and Page1 will make Page2 refresh every 10 seconds.

look up meta refresh, and you could use iframe, or use SSI for an include.
