looking for a new host
 

I have a virtual pay per gig plan at the moment with a host that has too much downtime for my liking. I have a few wp blogs on it and want to switch over to more quality host but dont want to lose my rankings. Will most hosts help you transfer over all the content you have on your servers? Ive never moved things like databases and program installs from one host to another so sorry if its a strange question. :upsidedow

Most hosts will help you with it. Techie Media helped me with the move from my old host (like whoa) with zero downtime, just gave them access and they copied all files over to them :thumbsup

you have to ask from your host to make you back up of your mysql base.... and download everything you've got there.... and find another host and upload everything and manage your mysql base for your wp with help of your host.... i think that most host supports are great .....
