What program can I use to popup websites from wmv or avi like consumptionjuction does on its advertorial movies?

yo ucould do it with action scripting in flash or with (i believe its called) applescript for quicktime.. good luck to ya

I thing its done through digital right managment when a movie file needs a lisence it pops up the page where you can get the lisense from (any url of your choice) not sure how to do it though

tried flash. when you convert to video formats it ignores the scripts and now i am sad
