The police beating caught on tape that's on all the news stations and youtube is bullshit.

I hate the pigs, but even I can see this is no case.

Simple: If the cops take you to the ground you either give up and get cuffed or you take whatever they dish out to get you cuffed.

They are not going to roll around on the ground with you until they get exaughsted and then risk you getting up and beating the shit out of them.



You can talk your shit until they grab you and try to take you in.
Then it's their way or no way!

If I was the guy getting beat I would be a man and realized I should have cooperated earlier and would apologise to the cops.

I am a supporter of police brutality. I also think that prison guards should be able to have their way with inmates. Certain people just don't fear authority anymore. They don't care how many times they get arrested, and going to prison is just an inconvenience to them. Someone needs to beat some fear back into them.

I don't go that far. I'm just saying that when you struggle with the cops there is only two possibilities...you win or they win!

When it comes to a struggle you have to let them win.


PS: Prison guards beting prisoners at will woud make America a very dangerous place to live; because almost everyone who goes to jail eventualy gets out and if they have been abused then they are more dangerous than ever and want revenge on society.

Too bad you have to put them on before it matters.
If only the suspects would put the handcuffs on themselves before they started fighting this woudn't be a discussion.

Of course its hard to say without knowing everything that happened but going off the video clip alone, which I'm assuming you are doing as am I. There is no fucking reason to smash someones face like that.

I don't blame them for losing their temper sometimes its only natural. But don't piss in my face and tell me its rain.

if the cop gets rolled then he is out of position and his gun is exposed.
NO FUCKING WAY.

If you're on top of a struggling suspect and you tip to one side like you're getting rolled then start throwing punches, because if you get rolled the suspect will be recovering from the blows while you recover from getting rolled and that only makes you in an "even" position with the suspect instead of in the advantage like you're supposed to have.

They never lost their temper. Those were measured blows to the face.
the cop didn't "flury punch" him. The cop would throw a couple of blows then try to get the guys hands under control, if he couldn't then he threw more blows and tried again. That's the criteria...were the blows in an effort to get the cuffs on or were they meaningless blows?

Cops can hit you if it is not "meaningless".

I agree. They should have just maced him and then stun gunned him into submission.
