need a programmer/script person/designer in one
 

need some help with a site. its written in php, html, perl, cgi and a bunch of other cool stuff I got no clue about. Need some integration and customization between message boards and html pages. Need someone who knows how to do all this. They also need to know basic design, and can make some simple graphics. The job is not that hard, probably take around 2 hours tops. It seems a lot more complicated than it is, but someone who knows what their doing can get it done fast. If you can handle the following, please hit me up on ICQ, or post here.
