What part of a website takes you the longest to maintain?

Adding and altering pics?
Graphics and layout?
Getting traffic and keeping it?
...?

All of the above, but if you don't keep fresh content, well, there goes your traffic.:BangBang: :2 cents:

and what part do you think the most boring?

If it is boring, then it is time to get out. But maintaining and updating can be frustrating and boring, you don't want to lose traffic, so you update, but when to update? Has everyone seen your stuff and is it time? Trial and error, I guess.:)
