29% of European Internet users regularly access the Web from their mobile phones compared to only 19% in the US according to comScore.

Of the countries examined, the highest mobile Web penetration is seen in both Germany and Italy (34% for each), followed by France with 28%, Spain with 26% and the UK with 24%. The US figure of 19% is the lowest of the set.

maybe becouse he speaks about Europeans countries....Japan...is muuuch better than all ...but much inaccesible...think about their characters...etc etc..
