It's too male-centric. Unless that is what you're going for it needs, simply put, more boobies. At first glance it looks like a site for gay Russian males. As I sat here and tried to figure out which site of mine I could promote that on, I couldn't think of one.

The overall site design works, but you need to do something to brand it one way or the other.

Again, if the male-centric thing is what you were going for, you hit it dead-on.

Generally speaking, when I see a row of guys with their cocks in their hands I exit the site.

The pic to the right is spot on.. its just that row of men next to the girl that is odd and out of place.

The overall design is good and it has a little kinky play/gambling theme too it. I also like that you used yellow which is a big color in swinger sites (yellor or orange).
