Traffic/Conversion schoolis in, Instructors are needed.....

Ok,

I have posted this in the general questions forum, but it seems that all the big Dawgs hang out in here, and I need the Big dawgs to answer this question for me and give me some advice.......

I am obviously a newb, so that doesn't need to be metioned. i am trying to figure out why I am not converting sales? I am getting ok traffic, I got 25k yesterday, NO SALES!!

I get my traffic through link trades and i even buy it from traffic Holder. i am buying there highest producing traffic; hardcore_movies, general_movies, and niche_mix movies, which came recommended for my site by traffic holder and various other webmasters on this board.

I see some guys are converting 1:52, 1:110, etc... I would be happy with 1:1000 at this point. How do I get those sales to get going??

My site has a PR3 and is alexa ranked 1,078,121, which isnt that bad, since alexa ranks people in the 4 millions, so i must be doing something right as far as getting people to my site.

I do SEO writing and am very experienced in it, but then again, my traffic shows that getting people and search engines to find me is not the issue, it is converting those people into money!!

So, to all you Big Dawgs that are making the millions every month, help me out here.

My website is http://perverthaven.com

Before i get a ton of replies saying how chaotic the website looks, i know this. It was done like that intentionally, the search engines love it. but if that could be the issue, please, let me know!!

thanks for your guys' time

hmm dont spread your traffic to a crapload of sponsors, try to focus a bit more..
also, some preselling would help imo. y'know, writing good sales-text'n stuff..

ok, never thought about focusing on less sponsors before, i guess i can trim it down to a couple different sponsors per website and see how that works.
