how do you guys pay your bills?
 

what do you use? quicken? quickbooks? some sort of interface to your bank too?

i'm looking at trying to automate my bill paying (rent, electricity, cell phone, server bills, etc..) or at least minimize the amount of handwriting and get it into a digital format (so it will print checks and track everything.. makes it easier for taxes too..)

i use online banking and just pay my bills online

QuickBooks does the trick... also keeps much better records than any online banking Im aware of.

Online Bill Pay is the shit!!! I can't even remember the last time I bought stamps. I can pay ALL my bills in about 2minutes online vs. about hour the old way. :Graucho


You're bank probley has the option, if not, get a new bank.

I pay all bills with online banking. And then mostly paypal if I buy something from other webmasters.

wells fargo online billpay. the bank may suck, but their online services are top notch. very little stupid javascript - they actually went for functionality in their website - a real rarity.

i do the recurring thing, too. it's great. haven't missed a bill in a long, long time. i set it to pay bills the same days i get paid. that way the money is already gone, so i can't spend bill money on porn or gfs or whatever.

so is the online billpay thing people keep talking about the wells fargo online billpay?

how do they know the small changes in my atnt cell phone bill each month due to the tax? shit like that? i'm still confused how they would know how much i owe?
