It depends. The French Quarter is pretty much rebuilt. The Garden District is 50/50. The outskirts, along the levee, and the poorer sections are still a mess.

I was just wondering, so the french quarter is rebuilt. Yeah they wanna keep the tourists coming I guess. Not a bad idea, Im sure they need a whole lotta money to rebuilt the poorer areas...
