A while back I was having trouble dealing with stress and it was starting to affect my personal life I kept yelling at my Gf and the boys. Then one day I walked by MODELLS and in the window they had the perfect stress reliever a punching bag. I bought it and the gloves something like 120.00 total it's lite enough to put up and take down ( I live in New York and space is a premium) whenever I get a bit tense, I pull it out and beat the crap out of it. I swear 15 minutes on the bag and you feel like a new man plus it has given my arms some definition.
