I have about 150 search engine hits a day looking for Pamela Lee on a site I made about her ages ago. Many of the search queries also involve Tommy and the sex video. What should I do with this traffic and what are some good programs to join that could convert it?

I know 150 isn't anything spectacular, but it could lead to a couple extra sales every month...
