The funny part about this is that all of these stories forget the simple facts:

2257 documents.
Model release.

Without these two things, the video never gets to see the "commercial" light of day. It is what the public doesn't know or doesn't understand about the Paris Hilton stuff - in the end, there has to be a model release before these things get sold.

If the Britney tape makes it onto a commercial website, you can be darn sure that she signed off on it at some point, no matter how loudly she cries in public... Britney Inc will very likely make a shitload of money off of it if she goes that way.

I have a feeling that this one won't make it to the public, and instead there will be any number of crappy, shakey camera, night vision fakes floating around within months.
