i used to eat it very weekend, but since being on my big health kick, i have cut back to once per month, i love yum cha.

Also while I am at it, someone clue me in on why many Asian places seem to love the words; happy, delight, yum, and double?
I am serious. I am sure I could find some place somewhere that has a Double yum happy delight noodle or something on its menu.

It is tea and dim sum. Sounds good and nice.

They're just conventional names. Chinese are very much into happiness and prosperity, so usually, they try to give their shops names that reflect or symbolise that. Superstition thing. Kinda like shops/restaurants that have aquariums or ponds so that money or good chi would "flow" in.
