Ground sirloin, beans, chili sauce, onions, spices... I don't know exactly what my mom puts in it, but it's yummy.

its more of a soupy than most chili but the taste is incredible.

Actually, I've never had macaroni in mine, and I'm from Ohio. Now, if you're talking about spaghetti in Skyline or Gold Star Chili...then hell yeah that's an Ohio thing...and the best food on Earth! Add some onions and finely shredded mild cheddar cheese, and it's the closest thing to Heaven that I'll ever get.

Oh yeah, and homemade chili rocks. Had some tonight.

Real chili has neither beans nor macaroni.

The best chili clears your sinuses and makes your head sweat without burning your mouth.

Definitely one of my favorites. :)

Chili is good food. I love homemade but eat canned most of the time.
