    How difficult is it to properly handle a DVD?

    Got Casino in from Netflix yesterday. I set it up, haven't seen it in a while so I'm looking forward to it, damn thing skips like a 6yr old Nancy at recess. So I jump ahead a chapter. Skip.

    Fuck!

    Is it really so difficult to handle a DVD with moderate care? These things are fairly durable, just don't chuck 'em across the room and you'll be fine.

    Second time this week I've received a damaged disc.
