Flash question: Can I use Flash to make a TV commercial?

Can Flash be used for creating broadcast quality TV commercials? If so, what settings would be used to insure the proper resolution, etc? :helpme

yes Flash is used for broadcast television BUT from a talk I had with a Flash company there's more to it than just producing a Flash movie as you would for the web.
