Seriously... the accounting of funds sent to Iraq is a damned joke. They were flying aircraft loaded with dollar bills shrink-wrapped and carrying $2 billion a flight. The moment the flights landed - the money disappeared.

Little surprise George stopped the Accounting Office doing auditing - now there are no controls over taxpayers money disappearing.
