It could be that because they get all this garbage traffic from India and Osama country, they are using a high skim tgp to attract a lot of US and Euro surfers for a while and when they have build enough regular traffic (traffic with visa cards) they will drop the tgp and switch to another format again.

Well, the sites directly trading with them will benefit, and the crap traffic will filter through all of those sites, so the harm will mostly spread out and the ones at the top of the Sex.com pyramid will benefit the most...
