Question about Zango Popup's

How are they popping up their ads? I mean every browser has a popup blocker installed etc... How are they getting around this? are they using devious methods to popup the installed/infected pc's?

they install crap on the pc's.

I installed that .htaccess of a access denied, Zango Clients not allowed on my website yesterday.. Today I log in and found 3 signups after 8 days with 0
