Seriously Lets make Paymone pay!!! howto inside

I for one am not going to take this shit lying own

if I do not recieve at least 50% of my total amount being held by paymonde by tomnorrow ( yes saturday )

I will offer all 2k of my recurring members a free month of membership

( IF THEY WILL CHARGE BACK EVERY TRANSACTION AND DISPUTE EVERY CHARGE EVER PROCESSED BY PAYMONDE SINCE I ADMIT THAT I NEVER PROVIDED THE SERVICE THEY WERE CHARGED FOR )

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THIS IF THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO STEAL OUR MONEY LETS MAKE SURE THEY DONT WALK AWAY WITH SHIT IN THEIR POCKETS BUT LITIGATION PAPERS

I WILL SAY IF THEESE ASS WIPES EVER POP UP IN THE SAME PLACE...........EVEN IF THEY START A NEW COMPANY

Webby 11-10-2006 05:21 PM

Depending on the money involved - it's prob more beneficial starting legal action on money morning. First stage is dumping all contracts/email communications on a lawyer and briefing em with solid facts.

marcjacob 11-10-2006 05:33 PM

Dont VISA monitor chargeback ratios? Id think this through before trying it. Nice idea though.

pussyserver - BANNED FOR LIFE 11-10-2006 05:39 PM

I disagree

I doubt hiring a lawyer will benefit anyone except the lawyer

after researching paymonde futher its obvious that they intended to defraud from the beginning

I seriously doubt a lawyer would be able to recover anything

my method makes theese fuckers pay the same price they are trying to make me pay

Paymonde employees if you are reading this I would truly advise you to pay me as described above or this is going to turn into the biggest fuckin issue this industry has ever seen

some people are not to be fucked with

im one of them

and if you ass holes rip me off there will be hell to pay---- without lawyers

OK... If you have actual evidence of a fraud, or possible intent to defraud, (and that is possible based on the corp activities/movements/changes so far), - it may be worth giving the RCMP a call (or whoever is most relevant in Canada), having a chat and then faxing them any information/docs you may have?

I did something like this to recoup my loss when kwickpay pulled there scam a few years ago..... worked out nice!

Barefootsies 11-10-2006 06:11 PM

I hear ya mate.

If they would have just kept paying me in a timely fashion, I would have probably been clueless to this fraud as those who've been paid on time every week.

But since they did not. I am pissed about the whole thing. The money. Lack of communication, and being the next iMonde.

:disgust

Webby that sounds great and I truly understand where you are coming from, however this` will not recover my money and after they hire attorneys with all the stolen merchant money I doubt they will even suffer a slap on the wrist

massive amounts of charge backs will not only assure they do not pocket the funds but also make it just about impossible for them to ever open a company like this again'

they will be completely shut down an out

they have until tomorrow ( saturday) then its at least 3k charge backs and they will definitely be out of biz

jacklaidlaw 11-10-2006 07:00 PM

This is a bit of a wild card but there logo says "a divition of piso" so I googled piso this came up http://www.piso.org.ph/ I clicked on it because the have an office in philpines and that is a phillipines site

Webby 11-10-2006 07:02 PM

7 Petworth Road is just a maildrop with a realtor on the ground floor and think there are offices above - may be a lawyer.

This is obviously not a way to conduct biz in financial services - it's a joke.

True PS, tho it can't do much harm to have a chat with the law and let them to the work - free :) If there is any problem, they may act, but chances are you will get feedback which could be helpful in other avenues.

I got a case going on now - has been going on for almost two years now - and is a lot of work preparing docs for attack, but the funds are worth the effort and just ready to take it to court. In the process (and thanks to em) there has been a lot of help from the law in other countries. At the end of the day, little doubts there will be jail time, but also little doubts all funds will be retrieved (that's safely locked into a bank and they are not letting em go to the alleged perps)

I may be jaded over Paymonde/Funds2Go, but seen a very similar scenario with this current case - hiding behind corps blah. It may be an innocent scenario where a few people got together to offer processing (and prob without any biz accumen in this area), but smells to hell and back.

The law *may" be able to give you some help on this - they know their territory, - even if it's not an issue of criminal behavior.

These sleazebags (the beloved nort and howie) are, frankly, immune to all these strategies. They have already absconded with our money and the company is only a few datys/weeks from folding completely. We're out of luck, my friends, and will be UNTIL we organize together and insist on standards that protect us from this kind of fraud.

If you have any doubt of this, consider the fact that the Ibill scumbags are still walking around free after stealing tens of millions of dollars. Not even a single arrest nor case that I know of against them. Howie and Nort seem to have little to fear...

Our only hope is to create an organisation that protect OUR interests -- with billing companies, with the government, with all 3rd parties. We need a professional association that can provide us with our own code of ethics and another than can protect us from the parasites that are feeding on our very life's blood.

Is this a weirdass dream? I dont' think so. I think this is an opportunity to open the discourse and discuss how we can make a professional association like this a reality for all adult webmasters.
