I've not read the rules to know although you'd probably have to pay tax on it which would suck. It's not worth worrying about though because it's all mine. I'll have the only winning ticket this week!

I live in Australia, but have a EU passport...so that should mean I'm eligible to buy a ticket, yeah? Hope so.

http://www.national-lottery.co.uk/ sells them but it may be that you need a UK address to use the site.
