You are going to have a steep learning curve. Yes, you can get girls off the street for those prices. Video and pics won't be a problem for most, although many girls are aware of the Internet and will put up a fuss. What you can do with the content once you have it is another problem - with Thai IDs forget anything which is 2257 compliant.

Is there still a healthy market for sites with trashy dark-skinned Isaan bar girls? If so I wouldn't mind tossing my hat into the ring of the content market.
